Summer Advance

Ask yourself the following questions…

  • Do you anticipate the Harcum Experience?
  • Do you want a jump start in your course load and campus life?
  • Would you like to be a part of our cultural activities and field trips?

If your answer is YES to any of these questions, then SUMMER ADVANCE is for YOU!

The Summer Advance Program provides the following:

  • An opportunity to take classes and become acclimated to college courses
  • A rewarding experience to stay in the residence halls and adjust to a living/learning community
  • A friendly environment in which to interact with faculty, students and staff in our Leadership Institute
  • An opportunity to expand your mindset while learning about art and other cultures.

The Summer Advance Program is funded by the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Grant and Harcum’s Student Support Services. The cost of the program is $800.00 and includes room/board and books.

The program is designed for eligible students that are first generation and meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Meet the annual income levels according to the Federal TRiO programs
