The Center for International Programs welcomes students from around the world to pursue studies in Harcum’s degree programs or for English language studies. SEVIS-certified to issue I-20s to international students, our staff is available to assist students with immigration and visa advice, as well as pre-arrival planning and academic counseling. Additionally, the Center for International Programs is a resource for creating diverse cultural programming while serving as a resource in the integration of international students and the American college student population.

Nina has a BA degree in Creative Writing and Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and a MFA in Music Composition from New York’s Mannes College of Music (now part of The New School of Social Research). While living in NYC, Nina ran her own business for over twenty years as an editor/writer/consultant for a mostly academic clientele, working with students seeking advanced degrees. Additionally, for ten years prior to returning to Pennsylvania, she was Editor-in-Chief of an international journal on Middle Eastern culture. Nina has been teaching in the English Language Academy and Center for International Programs at Harcum College since 2011.
Chris has Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, and Bachelor of Science, Secondary Education, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio; ESL Pennsylvania certification. She's been teaching at Harcum for 8 years, with additional teaching experience in ESL Adult Education.
