Insurance Requirements

All students are required to have health insurance. Upon registration, Harcum automatically enrolls every student in the college health insurance program. Students who can show proof of existing insurance can elect to waive the college’s insurance.

There is a September deadline for Fall enrollment and a February deadline for Spring enrollment. Students must complete the waiver form online and can choose to waive the insurance for the semester or the year.

Waiver forms and management of your Harcum health insurance can only be done through www.firststudent.com

Any student that does not complete the insurance waiver by the deadline will be billed the insurance fee for that semester and will not be eligible for graduation until the fees are paid in full.
