If you are transferring to another college in the middle of an academic year, i.e. after the Fall term, you need to complete the following steps to ensure your financial aid will be in place for the Spring term.

•File a FAFSA
•If you have already filed a FAFSA for Harcum College, you need to change the school listed to the college you are transferring. This can be done online at
www.fafsa.ed.gov or by making the correction on your SAR (Student Aid Report) and mailing it.
•Contact PHEAA at 1-800-692-7392 to change the school that is listed to receive your state grant information.

Don't forget to check with the college you are choosing to enroll.  They may have Transfer Scholarships for you; be mindful of the requirements to be eligible for these scholarships.  Common requirements include the completion of an Associate's Degree and at least an overall GPA of 2.5.
